1. Acceptance

By accessing noblefocus.cyou or using the Noble Focus Club app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use license

Monika Lill grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Free application

Noble Focus Club is free to download. Focus Points are an in-app progression currency with no real-world monetary value. There are no gambling or real-money mechanics. Optional advertising may be displayed.

4. Focus Points

Focus Points cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or goods outside the app. They exist solely for in-app progression including Vault unlocks and club rank.

5. Intellectual property

All content associated with Noble Focus Club and noblefocus.cyou is the property of Monika Lill or its licensors.
